# Data Deletion Request

Aspen Agent is operated by AVO Insights, LLC. This page explains what data we receive from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when you connect your accounts to Aspen, and how you can request that we delete it.

## What Meta data we collect

When you connect your Facebook account to Aspen using Facebook Login, we may receive and store the following, depending on the permissions you grant:

-   Your Facebook user ID and name (public profile)
-   The list of Facebook Pages you manage, and access tokens for those Pages
-   Page content and engagement data, such as posts published through Aspen and their performance metrics
-   Page settings and metadata needed to publish on your behalf
-   Meta ad account identifiers, and the campaigns, ad sets, ads, audiences, and performance data associated with them
-   Business portfolio information needed to identify which assets you have authorized
-   Contact information submitted by people through Meta lead ads, where lead retrieval is connected

We only access these assets after the account owner grants explicit consent through Facebook Login, and we use this data solely to provide the Aspen services that account owner has requested.

## How to delete your data

1.  **Disconnect from inside Aspen**
    
    Sign in to Aspen at [app.aspenagent.com](https://app.aspenagent.com), go to **Firm Settings → Firm Integrations**, and disconnect **Facebook & Instagram** and/or **Meta Ads** (buttons labeled "Disconnect Facebook & Instagram" and/or "Disconnect Facebook"). This marks the connection as revoked in Aspen so Aspen stops using it for posting or ads.
    
2.  **Remove the app from your Facebook account**
    
    Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find "Aspen Ads Agent", and select **Remove**. This revokes Aspen's authorization on Meta's side for your Pages and ad accounts.
    
3.  **Request deletion of data stored by Aspen**
    
    Email [support@getaspen.com](mailto:support@getaspen.com?subject=Data%20Deletion%20Request) with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the Facebook account name or email used to connect, and the name of the Facebook Page or ad account involved. We will confirm receipt and process the request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Some records may be retained when required for legal, compliance, or operational reasons.
    

Options 1 and 2 stop further access and use of the connection. Option 3 is how to request deletion of data Aspen has already stored.
