These Terms supplement that agreement and apply generally to all users and visitors of our site. ## 3\. Client Agreements and Subscriptions Before onboarding, all clients must sign a formal agreement that outlines project scope, deliverables, and responsibilities. Aspen services are provided on a subscription basis. Subscription terms (including renewal and cancellation policies) will be described in your specific agreement. We reserve the right to modify our pricing or service tiers at any time, but such changes will not affect current contracts until the next renewal period. ## 4\. Compliance Approval Because we work exclusively with financial advisors, all materials, documents, and content we create that reference your brand or firm must be submitted to your compliance department for approval before they are published, distributed, or used in campaigns. ## 5\. AI-Generated Outputs and Accuracy Aspen uses artificial intelligence and large language models to generate content, analyze data, and automate tasks. AI systems can produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or otherwise unreliable. You acknowledge that all AI-generated content, recommendations, and outputs from Aspen must be independently reviewed and verified before use. Aspen does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated material. You bear full responsibility for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published, distributed, or acted upon. Aspen is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or investment advice. Nothing produced by the Platform should be relied upon as such without independent verification by qualified professionals. ## 6\. Intellectual Property **Client Content:** You retain full ownership of all leads, client-specific data, and approved designs or assets created for your brand. **Aspen Property:** We retain ownership of our proprietary systems, software, tools, frameworks, processes, and platform features, even if customized for your use. ## 7\. Data Privacy and Security We take data privacy seriously. By using our platform, you agree that we may access and store data you provide or sync with third-party platforms (e.g., CRM tools) to deliver our services. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect client data, but you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ## 8\. Account Access Clients are granted access to the Aspen dashboard and related tools upon onboarding. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes, not to share access credentials with unauthorized users, and to notify us immediately of any breach or unauthorized access. ## 9\. Termination Either party may terminate their agreement by providing 30 days' written notice before the end of the current subscription term, as specified in your signed agreement. Aspen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for misuse, breach of compliance, or violation of these Terms. ## 10\. Limitations of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aspen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you for services over the previous three months. ## 11\. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms periodically.
