Google Calendar Events: We access event details, including titles, descriptions, start and end times, and attendee information. This data is utilized solely for the purpose of providing meeting recording services, generating transcripts, AI summaries, and action items for users (financial advisors).
We do not access any additional Google user data without explicit consent from the user. All data is handled in accordance with our commitment to user privacy and security.
2. Data Use
The data collected is used exclusively to provide and improve the meeting note-taking service. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for any marketing or advertising purposes. The data is only accessible to the user (financial advisor) and is used to assist them in managing client interactions.

We collect and utilize your Google Calendar data (such as event titles, descriptions, start times, end times, and attendee details) exclusively for the following purposes:
Meeting Recording Services: To enable users to send recording bots to scheduled meetings.
Data Analysis and Summarization: To generate meeting transcripts, AI summaries, and action items based on the events.
User Support and Service Improvement: To enhance the functionality of our app and improve user experience.
We do not use your Google Calendar data for any marketing or advertising purposes, and access to this data is strictly limited to the operations of our services.
3. Data Maintenance
We store the collected data securely and retain it until the user chooses to delete it. Users have the ability to manage and delete their information at any time through their account settings. Once deleted, the data is permanently removed from our systems.
3.1 Data Retention and Deletion Disclosures
We retain the Google Calendar data we collect (e.g., event titles, descriptions, times, and attendees) for as long as necessary to provide our services. Users can manage and review their collected data through their account settings.
Users have the right to request deletion of their Google Calendar data at any time. Please note that this deletion process is irreversible, and once completed, the data cannot be recovered.

Recall.ai: A meeting bot API we use to capture data from meetings. Our contract with Recall.ai limits their use, maintenance, and disclosure of such data to the language outlined in this Privacy Policy.
AWS (Amazon Web Services): For secure data storage and processing.
We do not share any data collected during meetings with third parties beyond the service providers mentioned, except when required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users.

Recall.ai: To capture and process meeting data, which is used for generating meeting transcripts, AI summaries, and action items. Our contractual agreement with Recall.ai ensures they do not use, store, or share your data for purposes outside of our services.
AWS (Amazon Web Services): For secure storage and processing of Google Calendar data, where all data is encrypted and securely stored.
We do not share your Google Calendar data with any other third parties except as required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users.
5. User Rights
As a user, you have the right to access, modify, and delete the data that our application collects during your meetings. You can review and update your personal information at any time through your account settings. You also have the right to request that we delete any of the data we have collected, and once deleted, this data will be permanently removed from our systems.
